Love Yourself

LOVE yourself! We have all heard that numerous times. But let’s think about it, it makes sense. We have heard much advice on how to do this and I’m not a doctor or licensed medical professional, but I have gathered some of their advice. And here are some of my thoughts. The best way to start loving yourself is simple:

  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Eat healthy. 
  • Get some form of exercise. Even if it’s walking in place for 5 minutes while watching a movie on TV. 
  • Get some sunshine and a breath of fresh air. 
  • Forgive yourself. 
  • Think of at least one thing you are grateful for each day.
  • Smile more.
  • And most importantly hug yourself every night before bed and every morning after waking up. 

I’m going to try to do these things everyday, hope you join me. It can’t hurt, right! I truly believe loving yourself helps you find True Soulmate Love.
